Job Title: Accounting & Administrative Support
Job Description:

Perform diverse administrative and accounting tasks in support of the organization according to company and department procedures while exercising a high degree of discretion and initiative:

  1. Daily accounting and bookkeeping support
  2. Accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, and profit and loss statements

Act as a liaison between the President and Executive Staff, managers and departments

Qualifications: Skills:
-proficiency with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
-organized, self-directed, and ability to multitask
-team player with ability to work independently
-strong work ethic, positive attitude, interpersonal skills and telephone skills

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years recent Accounting experience (2 year Accounting Degree a plus)
